Xbox vs PlayStation gaming consoles
The Xbox One Series X and PlayStation 5 both have gained raw processing power and because of that can handle more graphic demands, have faster drives and therefore have an even better game experience then before.
When looking at the specs the Xbox has a little more power under the hood but when playing games this will not make much difference. Microsoft also announced a cheaper version of the new Xbox, the Xbox Series S. The Series S is cheaper but also smaller and much less powerful. Sony on the other hand has announced a “Digital edition” of the Playstation 5 that is identical but can not play disks.

Each brand has its own unique games to put forward: Xbox has for example Forza, Halo and Fable while Playstation 5 has Ratchet and Clank, Spiderman and Horizon. When you choose one gaming system, it will mean you loose out on the titles of the other.
To have an advantage on amount of high quality game titles Microsoft has recently purchased Zenimax which adds to the Xbox dozens of much loved games like Doom, The Elder Scrolls and Fallout. It is possible that new content for these titles will only be available for Xbox.
